The Bold Soul Journey...
Once we have decided on the perfect package and payment plan to suit your needs, you'll receive your contract and deposit invoice to complete before we onboard you to your personalised client portal. Here is where the fun begins!

Once you're in your Notion client portal, you'll have some homework (the fun kind, I promise), which includes any prep work for your project (brand/web worksheets, Pinterest board, supplying website copy etc.)
We'll also schedule your Brand Clarity Session for one week before the start date, where we run through your prep work and strategise for the project ahead. You'll also receive your Creative Direction to sign off before we dive in.

I'll dive into designing on our start date and when presentations/links are ready, you'll be notified inside your client portal, where you can leave feedback and book live review calls to over everything quicker.
After we've nailed the branding and social graphics, we'll finish up the first week with our Website Workshop call, where we plan out the vision for your website and I'll start to create wireframes for the following week.

We'll start our second week working on the website wireframes first, which are then presented on a live feedback call. Once everything is approved, we dive in and start building out the website of your dreams.
Our projects are SO streamlined, with phases and steps for each day laid out inside your client portal, so that you're able to follow along and feel super included throughout our journey working together.

*If you upgrade your package for us to complete the setup, we'll do this on the following day once we've created our action plan. Get in touch for a quote.
We'll wrap up our with a handover call (aka. 1:1 training sesh) showing you the ropes for managing your editing your new website, followed by our Brand Launch Blueprint session, where we strategise all your brand touch points and how to infuse them together to create a crave-worthy brand experience for you clients/customers.

Once we've wrapped everything up, we'll collate all the branding goodies we've created and hand over your website. You'll receive an off-boarding package with any brand assets we've created, website training videos, and a little thank you for choosing to work with us.

Our Holistic Launch packages start from £4500 for our service-based businesses and £5600 for our e-comm businesses. Each package includes a Brand Launch Blueprint, which includes a 1:1 workshop where we strategise and map out the perfect brand experience you want to offer your clients/customers, and you'll walk away with your very own roadmap with action steps to seamlessly infuse all your brand touch-points together for an obsession-worthy experience (i.e. your branding, website, socials, marketing platforms, workflows, and funnels etc.)
*Option to upgrade your package where WE do the complete setup for you, while you sit back and relax and we'll do the heavy lifting!

Our Holistic Launch package takes 2 week, with the first week focussing on your branding and social graphics, then infusing everything into your website over the following week, finishing up with our Brand Launch Blueprint.
We tend to onboard clients no less than 3 weeks in advance, to allow enough time for the prep work to be completed before our kick off call, which is held one week before the start date. Please allow some extra time for supplying your web content (text + media). We provide templates to guide you, however, if you need help with copywriting this can be added at an additional cost. Think of us as a one-stop-studio for all things creative! We have a ton of add-ons available to upgrade our core packages, such as brand strategy, social media strategy, brand collateral design, packaging design, Dubsado and Flodesk setups (and more). As much as we have simplified our offer suite to benefit both us and our clients, we welcome custom requests. We've created loads of custom packages for previous clients, if they are seeking something that doesn't fall under our standard packages, so don't let that scare you away!

During our project timeline, there are dedicated days for each stage, with plenty time at the end of every day through to the following morning for feedback. We also offer live feedback calls, which make it super easy to pinpoint specific things you love or want to change, making it much easier to stay on track. You will have unlimited revisions in our allocated timeline.
If you feel you need more (which doesn't happen often) and we're running out of time, we can add on an extra half or full design day to give you more time to mull things over, ensuring we nail the vision.

We love to make the investment affordable sooner, so we have a range of payment plans scaling up to 6 months (or in some cases, 8 months if you add more on to your package).
We do offer a 5% discount on any packages that are paid in full as a token of appreciation. All projects require a 20% deposit to secure your booking and your auto-billed payment plan commences one day before your start date. If you have any questions about payment plan options specific for your needs, please get in touch.

After we've worked through every stage of the project, and your files have been handed over, everything is final. The whole process is streamlined so you know what to expect at every stage, and you will have plenty of time for feedback and revisions throughout our project. If you want to make changes once the project is complete, you will have to book in an additional half or full design day (which will be discounted for returning clients).
