We're always open to creating completely custom packages to suit our clients' needs, so please get in touch if you have particular deliverables and budget in mind, and we can work together to tailor a package that works for you!

We love to make the investment affordable sooner, so we have a range of payment plans scaling up to 6 months (or in some cases, 8 months if you add more on to your package).

You will find most of our packages are discounted when paying in full. This will depend on the package. All projects require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and your auto-billed payment plan commences one week before your start date (as our this is when our kick-off call happens). Our Design Sprints range from 1-3 days, with our Signature packages varying from 1-4 weeks, depending on the inclusions. There are also additional services available to add-on, such as: brand strategy, social media, brand collateral, packaging, consulting, and more.

I'm afraid we do not offer single logos. We believe that individual brand assets, like a logo, are only a part of a successful branding strategy. We specialise in creating strategic brand identities that can leave a lasting impression for your business. The power of building a strategic brand will be the best investment you can possibly make for your business.

We can design and develop websites on Showit or Wordpress for our service-based brands, with Showit offering complete creative freedom when designing, and Shopify for our e-commerce brands.

We have a dedicated Help Center, with educational material, to help you with editing your new website once off-boarded (if needed).

We obviously recommend you work with a brand designer first to create a proper strategy, ensuring all your brand collateral and digital design is cohesive. When you invest in one of our brand + website bundles, you snag yourself a discount, and we offer affordable payment plans, depending on the package, allowing you to spread the investment. 

However, we want to make our services as accessible for everyone as possible, so if you don't have proper brand assets ready, and are not ready to invest in a full brand + website package yet, we include Brand Identity Basics with our website-only packages, and it won't affect the cost. This includes: a simple wordmark logo (2 variations), simple brand board with colour palette + font selection + photography direction. This allows us to maintain a clear vision for your brand and build a website that is aligned for your business.
